According to a filing with the S.E.C., 12 investors backed the company in the round.
Founded by Creative Director Emily Weiss, Digital Director Michael Harper and Editorial Director Nick Axelrod, IntoTheGloss.com is a website dedicated to beauty and the fashion industry with insights from editors, stylists, models, makeup artists, hair stylists and other specialists talking about their products and trends.
