AdTheorent, a NY-based mobile ad network, raised $4m in funding.
Backers included Verizon Investments, Mogility Capital and OmniCapital Group.
The company intends to use the funds to expand R&D as well as its sales and marketing efforts.
Led by Anthony Iacovone, Co-Founder and CEO, AdTheorent offers premium mobile sites, brand safety, custom execution, and managed services, and data-driven technology including RTB and real-time data-driven predictive modeling.
The company’s platform integrates 35,000+ mobile inventory sources and analyzes hundreds of thousands of potential impressions per second based on enriched demographic information, behavioral factors, location data, device features, as well as other advertiser specified targeting criteria.
