According to Loogic, Social&Loyal, a Spanish provider of a social CRM, raised 120k in its first funding.
The investors were not disclosed. Previous backers included venture capital firm Caixa Capital Risc and angel investors such as François Derbaix, David Tomas, Marta Esteve and Yago Arbeloa.
Led by Liher del Rio and Victor Pellerin, Social&Loyal provides a social CRM suite created for loyalty and promotion purposes through social networks. Integrated in facebook, the platform allows customers to be rewarded with prizes (gifts, promotions and discounts) in exchange of making actions valuable for a business (acquire new customers, engage and retain those they already have and gather relevant information about them).
Clients include Casio, InfoDescuentos, Unplan10.com, Antena 3, among others.
The company also partners with marketing agencies that use the platform to work with premium brands.
