PrimeSource Healthcare Systems, Inc., a Buffalo Grove, IL-based provider of on-site mobile healthcare and billing services, closed a $5.5m revolving line of credit with Oxford Finance LLC.
The company intends to use the proceeds of the loan to refinance its existing loan facility and fund its growth plans.
Founded in 1982, PrimeSource Healthcare is a provider of on-site mobile healthcare in long-term care nursing facilities with approximately 300 employees.
It serves more than 1,200 patients per day in nursing facilities.
