Moven (formerly Movenbank), a NYC-based developer of a mobile money service, raised funding from Life.SREDA.
The company intends to use the capital to develop its service, which is currently in beta in the U.S.
Moven raised their initial seed round in August of 2012 and launched their beta product into the market in April of 2013.
Founded in 2010 by Brett King, CEO, Moven is developing a digital, mobile-direct banking service that allows customers to have real time insights on their spending behaviors and finances at the point-of-sale.
In August 2012, the company had raised $2.41M in seed funding (read here).
