Masterson Industries, LLC, an Albuquerque, NM-based materials company, closed an investment of undisclosed amount.
Backers included Cottonwood Technology Fund and Pangaea Ventures Fund III LP.
Formed in 2012 and led by President Rich Glover, Masterson Industries focuses on the commercial production of Microgravity Enabled Materials (MEMs) with specific application to existing industrial demand that include defense, medical devices, electronics, and telecommunications.
The company intends to use the funds to commercialize its MEM technology and bring its products to market.
