Jama Software, a Portland, OR-based product delivery company, closed a $13m Series B funding.
The round led by Trinity Ventures with participation from Madrona Venture Group. In conjunction with the financing, Karan Mehandru, General Partner at Trinity Ventures, joins Jama’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its presence in Europe and Asia, and develop deeper integrations with tools and enterprise applications.
Led by Eric Winquist, CEO, Jama Software provides SaaS-based solution to manage development projects for large companies. The Jama Product Delivery Platform allows companies to bring complex products to market, from concept to launch via a structured collaboration environment that enables everyone to have a comprehensive insight into the process.
The company has more than 600 customers, including dozens in the Fortune 100.
