Drik Raises $500K in Series A Funding

Drik, an Oklahoma City-based provider of toxicology services for companies developing new drugs, raised $500k in Series A funding.

The round was led by i2E‘s StartOK Accelerator Fund ($250k), with a loan from Stillwater National Bank.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance the capabilities of its testing infrastructure and jire new people.

Led by Kumar Sripathirathan, founder and CEO, Drik provides customized testing which help researchers and pharmaceutical companies identify toxicology requirements and the safety of new drugs under development.
The company’s toxicology lab will be located at the Presbyterian Health Foundation Research Park in Oklahoma City.
