Magnolia Broadband, an Englewood, New Jersey-based provider of a “Beam-forming” technology for wireless smartphones and tablets, secured $3m in funding.
The round was led by SCP Partners with participation from individual and institutional investors.
The company intends to use the capital for further development of its Adaptive Antenna Systems (AAS) technologies for smartphones, tablets, small 3G/4G base stations and Wi-Fi access points.
Magnolia Broadband is led by Osmo Hautanen, CEO.
