CL3VER, a Barcelona, Spain and Paolo Alto, CA-based provider of a real-time 3D rendering platform, raised $800k in seed funding.
Backers included Wayra, which just graduated CL3VER from its Barcelona Academy earlier in April, La Caixa Capital Risc and other european angel investors.
The company intends to use the capital to expand its marketing and product development efforts, launch activities and filing for intellectual property rights and patents.
Co-founded by Daniel Iborra, CTO, and Viktor Nordström, CEO, CL3VER provides a cloud platform that allows designers, architecture, engineering and creative professionals to take their 3D models and scenes to the web or any device for realistic interactions with clients and customers without the need of plug-ins.
