Affectv, a London, UK-based audience technology company, raised £2m in funding.
Octopus Investments made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to develop its products and expand its sales and technology teams.
Led by Glen Calvert, Founder and CEO, Affectv has developed technology that enables advertisers to be more targeted with their digital advertising based on what information users have actively shared online, which is a clearer signal of their interest and engagement. Additionally, through understanding how people interact socially online with one another, Affectv is able to translate these behaviours to enable customers to understand who else could be interested in their brand.
