GhostBird Software has been acquired by Yahoo! (NASDAQ : YHOO).
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The team of the company will join the Flickr team to continue to develop the photo platform.
According to the team’s blog, GhostBird continue to make the KitCam or PhotoForge2 apps available in the current versions. However, they will not continue to update the apps.
