Backers included unnamed private investors.
The company intends to use the capital to expand in Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and Operations in the U.S.
Led by Jim Funari, CEO, StratusLive provides health, human services, religious organizations, and others with comprehensive fundraising, constituent relationship management, financial processing for donations and pledges, distributions and payouts, campaign management, multichannel marketing, and advanced analytics. StratusLIVE for Fundraisers, an enterprise-class Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, also includes event and volunteer management, planned giving, data enrichment, and web-based portals for online campaigns.
Clients also include United Way, Community Health Charities, YMCA, and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.
