Personal Capital, a Redwood City and San Francisco, CA-based digital wealth management firm, raised $25m in Series C financing.
The round was led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from new investor BlackRock and existing investors Institutional Venture Partners and Venrock. In conjunction with the funding, Crosslink’s Jim Feuille joined Personal Capital’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow.
Led by CEO Bill Harris, Personal Capital combines a free financial dashboard to gather and analyze users’ financial data, with a financial advisor to help manage their investments.
According to a note, the service now tracks over $20 billion of assets every day.
