Kenandy, Inc., a Redwood City, CA-based provider of SaaS-based ERP solutions for the global enterprise, closed $ 33m in Series B financing.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, salesforce.com, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. In conjunction with the funding, Chris Schaepe, Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, joined Kenandy’s Board of Directors, along with Larry Sonsini, Chairman of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
The company intends to use the funds to expand all of its areas.
Led by Sandra Kurtzig, founder, Chairman and CEO, Kenandy provides a cloud ERP enterprise management solution for global enterprises that design, manufacture and distribute products. Natively built on the Salesforce Platform, Kenandy automates core business processes for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, planning and production, global financials, etc.
