Keas Raises $8M in Funding

Keas, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of corporate health and wellness solutions, raised $8m in funding.

Backers included Ignition Partners and Atlas Venture.

Founded in 2008 by Adam Bosworth and and led by Josh Stevens, CEO, Keas provides a wellness program in the workplace, which promotes healthy behavior and teamwork with an interactive application platform that delivers personalized content to employees. It rewards people for achieving simple exercise and nutrition goals.
Clients include Pandora, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, KLA-Tencor, Pfizer, BAE Systems, Inc. and Living Social.

The company, which also partners with Fitbit, RunKeeper, GAIN Fitness, meQuilibrium, and LabCorp to integrate these services in its platform, just added Laura Tullman as VP of Marketing, and Marty Funk, VP of Sales.
