Kaseya, a Lausanne, Switzterland-based provider of IT Service Management software services, received an investment from Insight Venture Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Following the transaction, Yogesh Gupta has been named President and CEO of Kaseya.
Founded by Gerald Blackie, Mark Sutherland and Paul Wong, Kaseya is a global provider of IT Service Management software services. They provide a SaaS solution, along with an on-premises solution built on the same core technology, for individual IT professionals at small-to-medium sized businesses, at large corporations and IT service providers — to manage and control IT assets remotely from an integrated Web-based platform.
The company’s solutions are in use by more than 10,000 customers worldwide in a wide variety of industries, from healthcare to education, finance, government and more. Kaseya has over 30 offices in 23 countries.
