Carbonlights Solutions Limited, a Coleford, Gloucestershire, UK-based industrial and commercial LED lighting company, raised £100k in equity crowdfunding.
34 investors acquired a 7% stake via CrowdCube.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow hiring new and expand its manufacturing capability.
Led by Executive Chairman John Boynes, Carbonlights designs and manufactures a light emitting diode (LED) lighting solution for industry and commerce. The company combines UK sourced products and LEDs from one of the USA’s top manufacturers to find the right blend of light, spread, colour and intensity.
Its Carbonlights™ System has been designed for industrial and commercial use such as in factories, distribution centres and large retail outlets.
