Bizo Receives $12.5M Venture Debt Financing from City National Bank

Bizo, a San Francisco, Calif.-based provider of a business marketing platform, received $12.5m venture debt financing from City National Bank.

The company intends to use the proceeds to continue to grow, expand its platform and make strategic investments.

Founded in 2008 and led by CEO Russell Glass, Bizo provides a business audience marketing company that leverages an audience of more than 120 million professionals around the world to allow B2B marketers to target business people by specific business demographic criteria. Customers use the platform’s data management and targeting capabilities to reach audiences anywhere they travel online and engage those that come to their websites, landing pages, and social channels.

The solution is currently used by more than 750 SMB marketers and large global brands including AMEX, Mercedes Benz, Monster, Salesforce.com, Porsche, Microsoft, AT&T, and UPS.
