Axa, the French insurance company, launched a €10m seed fund.
Paris-based Axa Seed Factory will focus on backing in French start-ups developing technologies for the banking and insurance sectors.
The vehicle will co-invest along with venture capital firms and angel investors.
According to the web site, Axa Seed Factory is led by Minh Q Tran, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra and Cécile Moulard.
