Netchemia LLC, a Kansas City-based provider of cloud-based talent management software specifically developed for K-12 school districts and institutions, raised a $6.5m equity funding from Mainsail Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its product offering and grow its sales, marketing, and executive teams.
Founded in 2001 by CEO Carlos Antequera, Netchemia provides more than 1,100 K-12 school districts and institutions in 42 states with the TalentEd cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for applicant tracking and hiring and performance evaluation.
