Moogsoft, a London, UK-based Agile Service Management software company, closed a $7m Series A funding.
The round was led by Redpoint Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, John Walecka, General Partner at Redpoint Ventures, joined Moogsoft’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the capital to expand operations.
Led by by Phil Tee, CEO, Moogsoft provides Agile Service Management software, which leverages Big Data and Social Networking to help customers identify the existence of IT incidents (from devices, databases, applications and, human generated instant messages and trouble tickets), apply goal oriented social orchestration to the resolution and impact management processes and reduce costs.
