MileWise, a reward search and management startup, has been acquired by Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO).
Following the transaction, the MileWise service will be shutting down will the company’s team will be joining Yahoo! in NYC’s Bryant Park office.
Launched in 20110 by Nicholas Meyer, Vinay Pulim and Sanjay Kothari, Milewise provided users with a platform to track their rewards in one place, and to show all the different ways to use them, at time of travelling.
The company had raised $1.5m in January 2011 (read here).
