MetricStream, a Palo Alto, California-based provider of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, has completed a strategic financing of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by an affiliate of Goldman Sachs.
The company intends to use the capital to accelerate innovation and market expansion efforts.
