Interlude Raises $15M in Funding

Interlude Ltd., a Tel Aviv, Isrel- and NYC-based interactive video company, raised $15m in funding.

Local reports (read here) said the round was led by Intel Capital, which invested $6.5m, with participation from Marker ($5m), Sequoia Capital ($2.3m), New Enterprise Associates ($2m), Eric Schmidt’s Innovation Endeavors ($400k), and other private investors, including Sergei Grishin.

Founded in 2009 by CEO Yoni Bloch, VP product Tal Zubalsky and COO Barak Feldman, Interlude provides an online tool to create and personalize interactive video experiences as well as analytics to understand how users interact with the object.
