Palo Alto, CA-based social polling site GoPollGo has been acquired by Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO).
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
Led by Ben Schaechter, Sam Grossberg and Paul Kompfner, GoPollGo is a social polling site with Twitter and Facebook integration and allows users to create polls for placement on blogs or websites.
The company received more than $400k in funding in 2011 (read here).
