Geniuzz Raises €200K in Funding

Geniuzz, a Spanish marketplace that connects micro and small and medium sized businesses with digital professionals and freelancers, raised €200k in funding.

Backers included Cabiedes & Partners and digital incubator Mola.com.

The company intends to use the capital to improve the platform and increase the marketing efforts to expand inSpain and Latin America.

Founded in 2011 by Pepe Cabestany, Gregorio Martín-Montalvo, Geniuzz allows freelancers to offer their services from €5. The web site currently has 20k users including web disegners, translators, teachers, marketers, programmers, developers, photographers, artists, beauty professionals.
