SocialRel8, a Middlesbrough, UK-based software company that helps call centres improve their customer service, raised £250k in funding.
Backers included the Northstars Ventures’ Finance for Business North East Proof of Concept Fund, which provided £100k and angels, which committed £150k.
The company intends to use the funds to develop additional products.
Led by Founder Jaime Scott, Alex Richards and Michelle Dinsmore, SocialRel8 provides EvaluAgent, a SaaS product designed to enable call centre managers to monitor and evaluate the activities of their staff and support them with coaching, e-learning and customer feedback.
The company works across the UK with clients including Atos.
