Seclore Raises Funding

Seclore, a Mumbai, India-based developer of solutions for information usage control, received an investment of undisclosed amount.

Backers included Helion Venture Partners and Ventureast Proactive.

Led by Vishal Gupta (CEO) and Abhijit Tannu (CTO), Seclore provides Information Rights Management (IRM) and secure outsourcing systems, which are used by global organizations such as Daimler, Linde, Panasonic, CapGemini, Reliance and Airtel. Its technology aims to enable large companies to continuously control and monitor information going on personal devices, cloud based storage and collaboration technologies and to external agencies like service providers, partners and customers.

The company started within IIT Bombay.
