ClickTale, a Ramat Gan, Israel-based provider of customer experience analytics solutions, raised $17m in Series B funding.
The company intends to use the capital for R&D and product development and global expansion.
Founded in 2006 by Tal Schwartz, CEO, ClickTale records and analyzes the user experience inside the page. Its ClickTale® Core provides anonymous playback of user browsing sessions, aggregated heatmaps of in-page activity, as well as tools to increase form completion and optimize conversions.
The company has more than 80,000 clients, including some of the world’s largest websites such as T-Mobile, CBS, and Lenovo.
