SalesFUSION Raises $1M in Series A-1 Funding

SalesFUSION, an Atlanta, GA-based provider of cloud marketing automation software, raised $1m in Series A-1 venture capital.

Hallett Capital contributed the full amount and, in conjunction with the funding, managing director Jon Hallett will join SalesFUSION’s board as chairman.

The company, which expects to raise additional capital in late 2013 to fund international expansion and possible acquisitions, will use the Series A-1 capital to grow its product portfolio and expand its sales and services capabilities, to attract new channel partners and expand relationships with existing firms.

Led by Chad Ruff, founder and CEO, SalesFUSION provides software that connects sales and marketing with prospects at the moment they are close to buy. The SalesFUSION 360 suite complements CRM applications by adding an on-demand enterprise lead management service to to increase lead quantity, lead quality, and revenue conversion rates. It integrates to CRM systems from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage Software, SugarCRM, SalesLogix, NetSuite and Salesforce.com.
Clients include several hundred midsize and large enterprise such as Hitachi, Coverall, Avanade and Green Giant.
