Indochino, a Vancouver, BC, Canada-based online custom menswear service, raised $13m in Series B round of financing.
The round was led by the Highland Consumer Fund with participation from existing investors Madrona Venture Group, Acton Capital Partners, and Jeff Mallett, Indochino Chairman and former president and COO ofYahoo!. In conjunction with the funding, Tom Stemberg of the Highland Consumer Fund will join the board.
The company intends to continue to build its management and operations team (read here) and invest in marketing and product development.
Co-founded in 2007 by Kyle Vucko , CEO, and Heikal Gani, chief creative officer, Indochino offers an assortment of both classic and fashion-forward suits, shirts, and outerwear- all with an unparalleled number of customization options. The company is also led by Sarah Velt Wallis, COO.
