Casabu, a London, UK-based flash sales site offering baby and nursery products, raised £900k in Series A funding.
The round was led by Ingenious Ventures, with participation from existing investor Horatio Investments.
The company intends to use the capital to grow its customer database.
Co-founded by Rachel Oxburgh, CEO, and John Heseltine, Casabu runs daily sale events offering stylish clothing, toys, nursery equipment and maternity wear.
Sales last as little as 48 hours and feature a mix of well-known and upcoming brands.
The company’s promise is to offer high quality products that mums need at prices suited to the current economic climate.
