STELLAService Inc., a New York City-based provider of customer service ratings for online retailers, raised $15m in Series B financing.
The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Battery Ventures, DFJ Gotham Ventures, RRE Ventures and Forerunner Ventures.
In conjunction with the funding, Josh Goldman, General Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, has joined the company’s board.
Led by Chief Executive Jordy Leiser, STELLA Metrics provides a data monitoring platform focused on benchmarking different touch points of the online customer experience. Through the company’s online portal, retailers can monitor and manage performance across phone, email, chat, Twitter, shipping and returns. It also allows retailers to analyze specific performance of their closest competitors.
STELLA Metrics also operates Happy Customer, an online publication for the ecommerce operator focused on customer service.
In conjunction with the funding, Josh Goldman, General Partner at Norwest Venture Partners, joined the company’s Board of Directors.
