ROI DNA, a San Francisco, CA-based full service ecommerce marketing agency, received a credit facility from Square 1 Bank.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The proceeds will be used to provide working capital to support growth.
Founded in 2009 by Matt Quirie, chief executive officer, ROI DNA provides go-to-market strategies for B2B and B2C businesses seeking to increase their web presence and get in front of a broader audience. Services include engineering, design, analytics, branding, SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, display advertising, video and motion.
The company, which is backed by Steve Anderson of Baseline Ventures, maintains an international presence with offices in San Francisco, Paris and Moscow.
