LaunchHouse Accelerator Seeks Startups

Shaker LaunchHouse, a lean business accelerator based in Northeast Ohio, is selecting early stage, broad-based technology startups focused on technology, Internet, mobile and hardware/robotics to participate in its LaunchHouse Accelerator (LHX) program.

Led by Todd Goldstein, CEO and managing partner, LHX will invest in 10 tech companies. Two or more co-founders for any startup will remain in Cleveland for the duration of the 12-week, boot camp-style program, during which they will have the opportunity to grow their business, achieve validation and be closer to market entry. At the end of the program, companies have the ability to pitch and demo to investors, potential clients, other entrepreneurs and the general public at Showcase Day. The LaunchHouse mentor network includes more than 60 business leaders, academics and entrepreneurs.

Applications for the LHX 2013 program open March 8, with the program starting on August, 12. Interested founders can apply at www.launchhouse.com/accelerator.
