According to multiple local reports, Kwaab, a Gurgaon, India-based company that operates an image curation platform called , raised a funding from angel investor Vivek Gupta.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the capital to expand their marketing, hiring, and product development efforts.
Co-founded in 2012 by Sudanshu Aggarwal, and Abhishek Gupta, Kwaab is considered a clone of Pinterest. It allows users to discover, collect and share content curated by designers, stylists, boutiques, brands and others from across the web.
It is used by more thab 50,000 users and over 25 brands.
