Telcentris Raises $5.3M in Funding from SBD Global Fund

Telcentris, Inc., a San Diego, CA-based provider of unified communications and VoIP solutions, raised $5.3m in additional funding from new investor SBD Global Fund.

The company intends to use the capital for global growth of its consumer offering VoxOx and advance its technology development initiatives and acquisition of intellectual property.

Founded in 2006 and led by Bryan Hertz, CEO, Telcentris provides cloud-based unified communications and VoIP solutions for consumer, business and wholesale markets. VoxOx is a free consumer service that unifies all key communication channels (voice, text, chat, fax, social networking) in a single user interface. VoxOx In Business solution suite provides unified communications solutions to Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and enterprise clients. In conjunction with the financing, SBD Global Fund’s chief investment officer, Gregory Klumov, will also be joining Telcentris’ board of directors.
