SecureLink Receives Equity Investment from Indufin

SecureLink, a Wommelgem, Belgium-based company provider of networking and security solutions to corporate clients, has received an equity investment from Indufin.

The amount of the transaction remained undisclosed but it is known that the investment firm is taking a 40% stake in the company, which will use the proceeds to further grow across Belgium and the Netherlands.

Founded in 2003 by Bert Van Loco, Frank Staut and Hans Van Erum, SecureLink designs, installs, implements and supports Networking & Security Solutions for corporate customers.

In conjunction with the investment, the company will make some changes to its legal structure. SecureLink Group N.V., in which the existing shareholders and Indufin participate, will keep the shares of SecureLink N.V. (the Belgian site) and the shares of SecureLink Nederland B.V., to creates a uniform structure. According to a written statement, this change has no consequences for the SecureLink B.V. or SecureLink N.V. employees, for customers or business contacts.
