Gokuai Technology Raises Approximately $6.4M in Funding

Gokuai Technology, Inc., a Chinese cloud storage company, has raised RMB 40m (approximately $6.4m) in funding.

The company, which closed an initial angel round of investment in May 2012 via Gobi Partners‘ Oasis Program, intends to use the funding to expand its product portfolio and its marketing efforts.

Founded in 2012 and led by CEO Shuomiao Jiang, Gokuai focuses provides enterprise users with professional cloud storage solutions that aim to increase efficiency and management efficacy. The company’s products cover Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms. In the near future, it will also launch a “Mixed Cloud” product.
