FlixMaster, a Boulder, CO-based provider of a creative platform for Enterprise Online Video, secured $1.125m in funding.
The round was led by New York-based Golden Seeds.
The company intends to use the capital to expand sales and marketing efforts, particularly in the corporate enterprise markets.
Led by Erika Trautman, co-founder and CEO, FlixMaster provides a cloud-based video editing and deployment platform that allows creative professionals at retailers, technology vendors, media companies and other organizations to produce viewer-engaging content at scale.
The company was recently engaged by HBO to develop an interactive online experience for the newly launched Cinemax series, “Banshee”, that incorporates its video technology and makes use of the Player API. FlixMaster’s technology also powered a web experience for the USA Network show, “Covert Affairs”.
