ConnectSolutions, Inc., a private-cloud service provider of Unified-Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) solutions for large enterprise and government organizations, has received a $10m minority investment from Frontier Capital.
Following the investment, which aims to support the company’s growth and provide liquidity for shareholders, Michael Fitzpatrick, CEO, and Chris Tennant, CTO, will continue to led ConnectSolutions.
Based in San Francisco, California and Columbus, Ohio, the company deploys customized communication, conferencing, and collaboration applications on a secure and scalable platform, which eliminates the complexity and risk of building and managing a UC stack internally.
ConnectSolutions partners with technology providers including Adobe, Microsoft, and Cisco.
