According to reports, Zoorate, a Cagliari, Italy-based web company specialized in social commerce solutions, is to receive up to €1.2m in funding from Principia SGR.
The company intends to use the capital to develop and roll out the platform.
Founded by CEO Matteo Hertel and CTO Roberto Stefanini, Zoorate operates as the “middleman” between consumers who need information on products and ecommerce companies which need solutions to monitor and manage their web reputation leveraging interactions, comments, and feedbacks.
In conjunction with the funding, Michele Costabile, VP Principia, will join the company’s board as Chairman.
