Promoboxxers Raises $1.375M in Seed Funding

According to Co-founder and CEO Ben Carcio  (read here), Promoboxxers, a Boston, MA-based provider of a brand-to-retailer marketing platform, has raised an additional $1.375m in seed funding.

Backers include Launch Capital, Boston Seed, SK Ventures, Common Angels, Stage 1 Ventures and over 30 individual investors (including Jean Hammond, Walt Winshall, Michael Mark, Mike Dornbrook, Rich Greenfield, Adam Berrey, Dave Balter, David Kaufmann, etc.).

The company intends to use the funding to scale operations.

Co-founded by Carcio, Sonciary Honnoll, VP of Client Marketing, and Dan Koziak, CPO, Promoboxx provides a brand-to-retailer marketing platform that enables brands to launch online campaigns with their retailers to strengthen relationships, localize content, and reach new consumers.
Customers include brands such as Chevrolet, Volkswagen, Trek Bicycles, Reebok, among others.
