Easilydo Raises $4.3M in Funding

Easilydo, a Mountain View, CA-based developer of a free social productivity app, recently raised $4.3m in funding.

Backers included USVP, Mayfield Fund, as well as and additional individual investors.

Founded in 2011 by Mikael Berner and Hetal Pandya, Easilydo provides an assistant app that aims to get things done on the spot.
Without to-do lists, the service finds important tasks and communications from users’ calendar, email, Facebook, etc. — and offers to take care of them right on the spot via a “Do It” button.
The app is available for free from the App Store on iPhone and iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore.
