CodeSealer Raises $3M in Venture Capital

CodeSealer, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based security software company, raised $3m in venture capital.

Backers included SEED Capital, VF Venture and the company’s management.

The company intends to use the capital to expand internationally, firstly in Europe and then in the rest of the world.

Founded in 2010 by encryption expert Martin Boesgaard and serial entrepreneur Nicolaj Hoejer Nielsen, CEO, CodeSealer aims to enable web banks to reduce the direct and indirect costs of malware-based mobile- and online bank fraud, via an invisible Web Session Firewall that does not require any end-user action or client installation.

The company, which and already counts some of the largest banks in the Nordic region among its customers, is currently hiring (http://codesealer.com/nyheder).
