Sumo Logic, a Mountain View, CA-based log management and analytics company, has closed a $30m Series C funding round.
The round, which brings the company’s total venture capital funding to $50.5m, was led by Accel Partners, with participation from existing investors Greylock Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures.
Sumo Logic intends to use the capital to expand research and development, and increase investments in sales, marketing, and other go-to-market resources.
