London Business Angels‘ £250k SEIS Roundtable Syndicate fund is open for business.
The FSA Regulated LBA SEIS Fund will (only) focus on co-investing in circa 4-5 companies alongside LBA investors (who are mentoring and assisting management) over the next 18 months.
LBA members who wish to invest in early stage UK companies have the chance to take advantage of the personal tax relief of 50% as well as other tax benefits of the scheme.
