Lattice Engines Raises $20M in Series C Venture Funding

Lattice Engines, a San Mateo, CA-based provider of cloud Big Data applications for sales and marketing, has raised $20m in Series C venture funding.

The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with participation from existing investor Sequoia Capital.

The company intends to use the capital to continue to expand operations.

Led by Shashi Upadhyay, CEO, Lattice provides a Big Data platform, salesPRISM, combines information about customers and prospects from all possible sources, internal and external, and finds patterns in customer behavior to help sales and marketing teams engage the most receptive customers in real time.
It is integrated with all major CRM systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce and SAP.
Sales and Marketing professionals in over 25 countries at companies including Adobe, ADP, Cox Communications, Dell, Staples and SunTrust have used salesPRISM.

In conjunction with the funding, Pete Sonsini, a general partner at NEA, will join Lattice’s Board of Directors.
