According to multiple sources, Flazio, a Catania, Italy-based DIY platform that allows users with no programming skills to build a Web site, raised €400k in funding.
Backers include Beasy Lab and ZernikaMeta Ventures, which invested in the company via Fondo Ingenium Catania.
Led by founder and CEO Flavio and Elisa Fazio, Flazio provides users with a web app to build and manage their site (adding video, audio, ecommerce capabilities, etc.) without knowing complex programming language skills. It also automatically creates an accessible version for mobile devices.
